Andrew Waffenschmidt a New York-based Producer and Editor with 10+ years of experience.

In 2012, he founded Astoria Film with business partner John Gebhart. They have worked with several major brands including White Castle, Florida's Natural, Penguin Random House, Johnson & Johnson, American Airlines, Mercedes Benz, Thrillist, Harlequin Publishing, and many others.​

For 5 years, he served as a producer and/or lead editor of an ongoing short documentary series made in collaboration with UN Environment. The series features environmental activists from all over the world.

Andrew grew up in Wisconsin, and has proudly called Astoria, NY home for over 15 years.
